The peak organisation for the non-government drug and alcohol sector in NSW, The Network of Alcohol and Drug Agencies (NADA) already had an online system to collect minimum data set (MDS) for drug and alcohol treatment services.
The online MDS system, however, was not efficient in the aspects of performance and functionality. The system had bugs, outdated reporting tools, inappropriate user interface, and several other code problems.
Using their expertise, Creativ Digital re-developed and optimised the entire existing code of MDS system, which was in Microsoft .NET, and made the system free from bugs and other performance-detrimental issues. Furthermore, Creativ Digital also updated various components that would improve the system’s overall performance and security.
